Peel the eggs very carefully. Chop the eggs into small pieces. Put the chopped eggs into a bowl. Wash the spring onions. Cut off the green part. Wash them under cold and dry them well. Chop the spring onions. Add to eggs. Add the mayonnaise. Mix the eggs, spring onions and mayonnaise together. Add some salt and pepper. Put the filling on the sliced bread.
