Times of the year

Spring comes and nature awakens from its winter sleep. The days become longer and the nights become shorter.

The ground is covered with fresh green grass and the first spring flowers. How lovely the white snowdrops are! There are new leaves and blossoms on the trees.

It is a pleasure to the eyes the wild verdure of trees and grass, the gold of sunrays, the bright- blue sky with the white clouds on it.

And have you ever been in the fields in summer? How many flowers you can see there! So, you couldn`t take your eyes off this beauty!

The sun rays are not so bright and warm. Early autumn is the period of flaming colours, when the landscape is gold and brown.

It is a season when the trees are fantastic — yellow, red, green and brown. The trees are loosing their leaves. Now the ground is like a carpet of many colours.

In winter it snows much. Forests and fields are white with snow. They look wonderful in winter!

Snow sparkles in the sun. Frost paints on the windows and there are many icicles hanging from the roofs.
