The judicial brunch of the power is vested in the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court consists of the Chief Justice and 9 Associate Justices. Power to nominate the Justices is vested in the President of the United States, and appointments are made with the advice and consent of the Senate. Judges are appointed for life. They hold their Offices during good Behaviour and can be removed by an Impeachment.

The Supreme Court is in session from October to July The decisions of the S.C. are final, but can be superseded by another S.C. decision
