My technical school.

Finishing school is the beginning of the independent life for millions of school leavers. Many roads are opened before them: vocational and technical schools, institutes and universities.

My technical school is a three -storeyed building. It was founded in 1961.

36 kind and experienced teachers work here now. The students are so thankful to the teachers for what they do for them.

The classrooms are well equipped. The computer class gives our teachers and students the opportunity to make themselves familiar with new computer technologies.

. There is a big nice assemble hall. A lot of meetings, concerts, festivals are held there.

Our students are being trained for such specialities: the speciality of a technician – builder the speciality of goods – manager the speciality of a technician - electrician the speciality of technician – cook.

As I am a first year student I study many general subjects. They are Maths, Chemistry, History, Geography, Literature and others. But my favourite subjects are Physical training and English. It`s so good to spend an hour in the gym doing exercises, playing football, basketball, having a relay race or jumping.

As there is a swimming- pool in our town, so the students have a good opportunity to swim there at our PT lessons. The students constantly take prize places in the competitions between the Technical Schools.

At our English lessons the students not only read and translate English texts but also they take active part in plays which are hеld in English.
