YOU’VE GOT MAIL Правила написания письма личного характера для выпускников 9 класса Подготовила учитель английского языка МБОУ СОШ № 12 МО г-к Анапа Краснодарского края 2016

Основные требования: Требуемый объем для личного письма С1 – 100–120 слов. Если в личном письме менее 90 слов, то задание проверке не подлежит и оценивается в 0 баллов. При превышении объема, т.е. если в выполненном задании С1 более 132 слов, проверке подлежит только та часть работы, которая соответствует требуемому объему. Таким образом, при проверке задания С1 отсчитываются от начала работы 120 слов, оценивается только эта часть работы и выставляется соответствующая оценка по решению коммуникативной задачи. Время на выполнение – 30 минут. Максимальный балл – 10

С1, личное письмо, оценивается экспертом по четырем критериям: решение коммуникативной задачи (3 балла), организация текста (2 балла), лексико-грамматическое оформление (3 балла), орфография и пунктуация (2 балла), ВСЕГО: 10 баллов

Личное письмо должно содержать: адрес автора (в правом вернем углу письма), учитывая небольшой объем письма, лучше использовать краткий адрес (город/поселок, страна), 2. дату (под адресом): date/month/year, 3. обращение (слева, на отдельной строке), например, Dear Jim/Alice , 4. ссылку на предыдущие контакты: благодарность за полученное письмо и т.д., 5. ответы на три вопроса друга по переписке (основная часть письма). 6. упоминание о дальнейших контактах (на отдельной строке), 7. завершающую фразу, 8. подпись автора (только имя, на отдельной строке)

Salutation (the first paragraph): Dear Name, Don’t forget about the comma!!!

Opening Lines (the second paragraph sentence 1): Thank you for your recent letter, I was very glad to get your letter, Thanks for your letter, it was nice to hear from you, It was great to get your letter.

Opening Lines (the second paragraph sentence 2): Sorry, I haven’t written back for so long, but I’ve been busy with my project. Sorry, I havent answered earlier but I was really very busy with my school. Sorry, I haven’t been in touch for so long. Sorry, I΄ve kept you waiting.

Opening Lines (the second paragraph sentence 3): How are you? I hope you are all right. How are you doing? I hope everything is OK.

Body of the letter (the third paragraph ): In your letter you asked me about … Well, I can say that … As you are interested in … I’d like to tell you that …

Introductory words: You know,… As for me,… As I remember, … As I know,… To tell the truth,… To be honest, … Anyway,... Besides,... Actually,... Frankly speaking,.. (Un)fortunately,…

Closing lines (the fourth paragraph sentence 1): I must finish my letter because it is very late and I must go to bed. Sorry, I must go now because I have to do my homework. Sorry, I promised to help my parents and I have to leave.

Closing lines (the fourth paragraph sentence 2): Write back soon, Hope to hear from you soon, Please, write to me soon, Drop me a line when you are free. Do keep in touch! Don’t forget to write!

Subscription (the fifth paragraph): Best wishes, All the best, With love, Yours, Don’t forget about the comma!!!

Signature (the sixth paragraph): Your name Without any comma or full stop!
