Is your family important to you? Why? Do you often have conflicts with your parents? Do your parents like your friends and allow you to spend time together?

You know that very often teens have some problems because their parents don’t like their friends. Now you are going to read the texts about Alan, Julia and Catherine and to learn how they feel about parents-and-friends problem. Work in groups. The 1st group will read the text about Alan, the 2nd – about Julia, the 3d – about Catherine. Above the texts you have some sentences and after reading you should find the sentence that reflects the idea of the text. Try to prove your opinion.
