Charlie Chaplin was a comedic British actor who became one of the biggest stars of the 20th centurys silent-film era. In his childhood Charlie Chaplin worked with a childrens dance troupe before making a huge mark on the big screen. Famous for his character The Tramp, the sweet little man with a bowler hat, mustache and cane, Charlie Chaplin was an iconic figure of the silent-film era and one of films first superstars, elevating the industry in a way few could have ever imagined. Once he discovered acting, he transferred to and graduated from Londons Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He joined the Royal National Theatre in 1987 and the Royal Shakespeare Company a year later. Daniel Radcliffe is an English actor who rose to international stardom as Harry Potter in the series of films based on the hugely popular books by J.K. Rowling.
