Мультимедийный урок английского языка.


Урок-закрепление в 6 классе по теме « Степени сравнения прилагательных. Животные»

Урок подготовлен с целью закрепления лексического материала по теме «Животные»,

применения ранее изученного материала в новых ситуациях общения, активизации степеней сравнения прилагательных. А также с целью приобщения учеников к работе с современными технологиями.


Цель урока: Развитие коммуникативной культуры и социально-культурной образованности учащихся, позволяющих участвовать в социально-бытовой и учебной сфере.


Задачи:


Обучающие:

  1. тренировка произносительных навыков;

  2. закрепление лексического материала по теме «Животные»;

  3. активизация степеней сравнения прилагательных;


Развивающие:

  1. говорение - развивать навыки монологической и диалогической речи;

  2. письмо - развитие навыков письма;

  3. развитие памяти и логического мышления.


Воспитательные:

Воспитание любви к животным, природе.


Оборудование:

мультимедийный проектор, экран, карточки, игрушки.


Lesson.

1. Warm up.

Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls! How are you? Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

Now let's begin our lesson.

2. Phonetic drills.

Teacher: First, let's repeat tongue-twister

Teacher:

For the next time let`s check up your home task.

- What was your home task ?

( Describe you own favourite pets using adjectives)

3. Speaking.

Teacher: Today at the lesson we'll travel to unknown planet. First, we must find the name of this planet and its inhabitants. Let's do the crossword to find them. Answer my questions.

  1. Which animal is cleverer than a rabbit? (a dog)

  2. What is the biggest animal? (an elephant)

  3. What is the kindest animal? (a cat)

  4. Which animal is faster than a cat? (a tiger)

  5. Which animal is stronger than a mouse? (a lion)

  6. What is the smallest animal? (a mouse)

  • Tell me, please, the name of this planet (adjective).

  • And who lives there? (Animals).

  • What adjectives did we use to describe these animals?



















(The longest, cleverer, the biggest, the kindest, faster, stronger, the smallest.)

  • What forms of adjectives are they? (Comparative and superlative)

What suffixes help us to form the comparison? (Comparative - - er, superlative - - est и обязательно артикль the

Teacher:

Tell me, please, do you like animals? Have you got pets? What have you got? Do you think they are happy with you?

Now, look at the screen and say what animal is happier.

  1. The bird on the tree or in the cage.

  2. The dog at home or in the kennel.

  3. The giraffe in Africa or in the Zoo.

  4. The penguin in Arctic or in hot summer.

  5. Revising.

7. Relaxing.

Teacher:

1. Do you remember any poems about animals? (ученики рассказывают стихи о животных).

2. Let's sing a song "Little Pussy".

I love little Pussy

Her coat is so warm.

And if I don't hurt her,

She'll do me no harm.

I'll sit by the fire,

And give her some food.

And Pussy will love me

Because I am good.


3. Find the adjectives in this song and tell their comparison.


8. Playing games.

  1. Bingo.

I give you cards with the names of animals. On the screen you'll see their pictures. Cover with a piece of a paper the name of the animal which appears on the screen. Who is the first? ( Ученикам раздаются карточки с названиями животных. Учитель поочередно показывает рисунки животных, ученики должны закрывать названия животных)

2) Find the odd animal.

Now, you'll see groups of animals. Your task is to find the odd animal and say why.(Найти лишнее животное и объяснить почему)

9. Writing.

Teacher:

Open your exercise-books, please. Write down the date. Look at the screen. You see sentences. Your task is to write the correct forms of the adjectives. Be attentive! (Ученики выполняют письменное задание).

1. Dogs are ….. than rabbits. ( clever )

2. The giraffe has got the ….. neck.( long)

3. The elephant is the ….. animal

at the Zoo. ( big )

4. Monkeys are ..... animals. ( funny )

5. Lions are ….. than cats. ( strong )


Now read the sentences and check up your answers.

10. Results.

Teacher:

What have we learnt today at the lesson? (T P1, P2, P3…)


11. Homework.


Draw a picture of your favourite animal and describe it using the adjectives and comparison.
