The procedure of the lesson: T: Good morning, dear boys and girls. Who is on duty today? Who is absent today? What date is it today? What day of the week is it today? What season is it now? T: Today we are going to speak about our Health. As you know, "Health is the greatest wealth". Nowadays the problems of our health become very important. If we want to be healthy, we must follow special advices.

Use the Simple Present to express the idea that an action is
