План урока английского языка по теме "А Visit to England", 6 A класс

Цель:

Осуществить контроль лексико-грамматических навыков по теме «Англия».

Задачи:

1. развивать навыки устной речи, используя опорный материал;

2. практиковать умения находить и передавать полученную информацию;

3. закреплять навыки синтезирования изучаемой информации;

4. развивать умения находить и выделять ключевую информацию в содержании аудиотекста;

5. совершенствовать навыки поискового чтения;

6. тренировать лексические единицы по теме урока.

Аспекты урока:

1.Обучающий аспект:

уметь применять лексику по теме " А Visit to England ";
уметь воспринимать информацию на слух;
уметь употреблять изученные лексические единицы и грамматические структуры в монологической речи;
уметь работать с текстовым материалом;
уметь работать с политической картой мира.

2. Развивающий аспект:

развивать умения обобщать, систематизировать лексику;
уметь анализировать прочитанную и услышанную информацию;
развивать память, внимание, воображение при описании ситуаций;
развивать интерес к странам изучаемого языка.

3. Воспитывающий аспект:

воспитывать чувство коллективизма и сотрудничества;
воспитывать чувство уважения к странам и народам изучаемого языка.

Тип урока: комбинированный.

Оборудование: проектор, карта Великобритании, компьютер, учебник, раздаточный материал.

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент.

Good morning, boys and girls! I'm glad to see you. How are you? What date is it today? Are you ready to our lesson?

Отвечают.

2. Целеполагание. Определение темы урока.

You should guess the topic of our lesson. I take you some hints. The first hint is on the blackboard. You need to match the parts of the words.	Соединяют части слов.
На доске написаны названия городов Англии: Lon-don, Man-chester, Liver-pool, Brigh-ton, Cam-bridge, Ox-ford, Birming - ham, Strat-ford- upon-Avon.	Соединяют части слов.
Who can say what these words mean. Yes, you are right. They are English cities. Read their names. Find them on the map.	Отвечают. Читают. Показывают на карте.
What do you think we are going to speak about?	Предполагаются разные ответы.
The second hint is cinquains. You need to read them and guess what cities or towns they are about.
What is the topic of our lesson? Well, you are right. The topic of our lesson is England and its cities. We are going to speak about them, their places of interest, to train the sounds of their names.	Отвечают.

3. Фонетическая зарядка.

Look at the screen! Read the geographical names in their transcription. Write down them on the blackboard.	Читают. Записывают на доске.
Даны транскрипции географических названий (в разбивку): London, Manchester, Liverpool, Brighton, Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham, Stratford - upon-Avon.

4. Основная часть урока.

1) Подготовка к аудированию

You will listen to the text, but at first you should do the task and translate the words.

Fill in the letters in the words: Pop_lat_on, mil_ion, _ng_and, B_cki_gh_am Pal__e, the H_ad of the St_te, do-ubl_ -de__er, b-ke.

2) Контроль навыка находить и выделять ключевую информацию в содержании аудиотекста.

You should watch the film and find the answers:

How many people are there in England?

In what city can you take a walk along narrow streets?

What is Liverpool famous for?

Where are the oldest universities of Britain situated?

What colour are buses and taxis in London?

How do Londoners call the underground?

Учащиеся смотрят видеоролик и находят ответы на вопрос.

Отвечают на вопросы.

3) Релаксация

Who built the first bridge over the river Thames? Is it very old? Perhaps it is not good.

Listen to the song and sing together.

Поют.

4) Контроль навыков устной речи.

a) Умение находить информацию. Работа с раздаточным материалом.

Let's play the detectives! You should match the names of the cities and their descriptions.

1. It is a small town in the middle of England. It has got one of the biggest theatres in Britain. This town is famous for the well-known writer who was born there.

2. It is a large industrial city. It is situated in the northwest of England. It is known for its two football teams. It is the second largest city in England.

3. This city is situated in the northwest of the country. It is famous for its two football teams and the most world-known rock band of the 20^th century. It is a big port.

4. This city is situated in the south coast of England. You can see a lot of tourists there because it is a popular place for holidays. There are a lot of language schools and the Royal Pavillion in this city.

5. This city is situated in the east of England. It was founded about two thousand years ago. It is famous for one of the best universities in the world.

6. It is the main city in the country. More than seven million people live there. It was founded by the Romans. It has got a lot of places of interest. You can see one of the biggest clock towers, visit the palace where the Queen lives, the Sherlock Holmes Museum, and take a ride on a double-decker.

5. Контроль страноведческих навыков.

Let's play a maze .You need to find the only right way from one word to another one. These words are connected with the topic of our lesson: a visit to England, they are England and London. You need to connect them.

Находят путь по названиям достопримечательностей и городов.

6. Заключительная часть урока.

What is the topic of our lesson? Have we discussed it? Well, you've been active at the lesson, thank you.
