Have/has + been + ing (Present Participle)

Ex. 8, p. 23: to make sentences using ideas from the box 1. His back hurts because he's been working in the garden. 2. They are tired because they have been playing tennis for 2 hours. 3. He feels hot because he's been running. 4. They have no money because they have been buying things for 2 hours. Ex. 9, p. 24: to complete the sentences using the words in the box a) … has been working b) … has been running c) … has been getting ready to go to England d) … has been cooking e) … has been revising for exams f) … has been swimming g) … has been waiting for a long time

V. Revision of the vocabulary Ex. 10, p. 24: to find the words which cannot go with the noun "Food" tasteful, starving, wealthy, disgusted

VI. Explanation of the new words Ex. 11, p. 24: to match the words to their definitions 1. tasteful - showing good taste 2. tasteless - having no flavor, without taste 3. tasty - having a pleasant flavor
