ИТОГИ: Тема урока оказалась близка подросткам, так как проблема загрязнения окружающей среды очевидна не только взрослым, но и волнует подрастающее поколение, поэтому не составило большого труда заинтересовать ребят темой и вовлечь их в ее обсуждение. На данном уроке учащиеся смогли поработать с материалами учебника (только при работе с выделенными словами в тексте "Acid Rain"(уч.: с.77), часть слов для объяснения перешла в домашнее задание, т.к. на выполнение учащимся всего задания в классе потребовалось бы в два раза больше времени), успешно выполнить дополнительные задания, прослушать текст и высказать свое мнение по проблеме, а самостоятельная формулировка темы урока через работу с картинками и наводящими вопросами помогла обеспечить высокую мотивацию и составить представление о следующих разделах модуля.
