"WE LEARN ENGLISH"

Цели и задачи.

1. Активизация и систематизация изученного лексического и грамматического материала.

2. Совершенствование фонетических навыков и навыков устной речи.

3.Повышение качества усвоения изученного материала.

4. Активизация познавательной и творческой деятельности учащихся.

5. Создание творческой обстановки в коллективе.

Оснащение: мультимедийный проектор, ноутбук, экран, призы, презентация (слайды),

раздаточный материал отдельных конкурсов (заданий).

1.Орг.момент и вступительное слово учителя.

-Who is absent today?

-P1 is absent today./Everybody is here.

- How are you today?

P1, P2, P3: I'm fine, thank you. And you?

-I'm OK, thank you.

Today we are going to have an unusual lesson. It'll be a lesson - соmpetition. Everybody will

have possibility to be a winner. At the end of the lesson the winner will be given a prize. Be very

attentive and try to do everything correctly.

We have 2 teams. Pupils, choose the captain and name of your team.

2. Основная часть.

№1 Our first task is tongue-twisters. Read them on your cards and try to pronounce them fast

and correctly.

№2 Our second task is rebuses. Try to guess the words.


№3 You have some words. Make up a story, using these words, and tell it.


№4 Teams, listen to me. I'll read a text and you will draw what I describe. Please, be very

attentive.


№5 Next task is for our captains. You have two English proverbs. Choose Russian equivalents

for them.


№6 Our sixth task is puzzles.

1)Put the numbers in the correct order and read an English proverb.

2)Try to find as much school subjects in this puzzle as you can.

№7 And the last task for today. Choose the cards and do the task.

There is a big house in the middle of the picture. The house is yellow with a red roof. There are two windows in the house and one door. To the left of the house there is a green tree. To the right of the house there are two flowers. One flower is red, the second flower is blue. Under the tree there is a black dog. In the tree there is a fat grey cat.

Now, tell us what you have drawn.

5 Next task is for our captains.

Look at the screen and guess what we are going to do.

You have two English proverbs. Choose Russian equivalents for them.

The leopard cannot change (менять) its spots(пятна).

1. Не называй дурное хорошим, а черное белым.

2. Сколько волка не корми, он все равно в лес смотрит.

The early (ранний) bird catches (ловить) the worm (червяк).
