Цель: обобщить с учащимися экологические проблемы, показать возможные пути их решения, а также роль самих учащихся в этом процессе.


Основные задачи:

Развивающие: развивать способности к осмысленности восприятия и к распределению внимания, к слуховой дифференциации к логическому изложению содержания высказывания, развитие способности к коммуникабельности как явному или неявному выражению своего отношения к окружающей среде и экологии.

Учебные: формирование и развитие навыков и умений всех видов речевой деятельности, умение работать с лексикой, аудировать незнакомый текст с извлечением основной информации, обсуждать проблемы по данной теме в монологических высказываниях.

Воспитательные: формирование чувства ответственности за сопричастность к проблемам экологии и окружающей среды, воспитание потребности приобщения к глобальным и местным проблемам, чувства любви и бережного отношения к окружающей среде, развитие у детей познавательной активности на уроке.

I. Начало урока


1. Организационный момент.

- Good morning, dear pupils. Today we have got guests. Face them and greet, please.


2. Речевая зарядка.

  • Now, please sit down. Let's start our lesson. I wonder, how are you feeling?

  • Please, relax and look in the window.

  • Do you like our collective farmer?

  • Is our countryside clean?

  • Do you swim in our pond in summer? Is it clean?

  • Now, please pay your attention on the screen.


II. Основной этап

Введение и автоматизация ЛЕ и МФ

  1. Введение темы и постановка задач урока учениками на основе прочитанного.

(Запуск мультимедийной презентации, слайд 1).


Look at the litter on the streets.

Look at the fish which dead in seas,

Look at the pollution in the air,

Look at the way we just don't care


Today birds are still in our forests,

And fish in the rivers, but look:

Don't kill them! Because your children

Will see them in picture books.


  • Look at this picture and guess what is this poem about and what shall we talk about at our lesson today? What are you asked to do?


  • Excellent, the topic of our lesson is "The Earth is our home".

We shall discus many important problems connected with our topic. You will say, how to protect our Earth, how to prevent pollution of water, forests, air, how to save animals and so on.

- Now, it's high time to discuss and solve some ecological problems.

We've divided into 3 groups, that's why you are sitting in such a way. Each group has their own topic for discussing. They are:

- If I'm not mistaken your home task was to draw pictures. Now please, discuss your topic in your group and tell us the main points of your conversation. Groups prepare one question, please.


- Please, use this plan:

  1. What are these problems?

  2. What causes pollution?

  3. How can we solve these problems?

Доклад: Environmental problems in our village.

We all live in our village "Svetlogorskoe". It seems to me we like it very much. But do you know how many problems are there? Look around! What happens in our native countryside?

To my mind, air pollution is one of the most important problems in our district. The atmosphere is polluted with millions tons of dust and other substances.

It's more dangerous to stay there when gardens are sprayed. Many tons of poison is thrown away in air. Sometimes it's hard to breathe. Every night in spring, we close windows not to feel a smell of chemicals. As far as I know, it can cause different illnesses and even death.

And what about lakes and rivers? I'd like to touch upon this problem. I find the situation in our state farm worrying. Near our school, there is a pond. It is badly polluted by people. Crisp packets, empty cartons are frown in the pond. Men wash cars there. By the way our enterprise "Svetlogorskoe" dump chemicals waster into water. What is why we can't swim there in summer. Fancy that polluted water kills fish. As you see, the pond dries up.

I like to go camping with my friends. But I am very concerned that forests are destroyed. For example in stanitsa Erivanskaya trees are cut down for building. Very often people leave litter in the forest, so they damage nature. To my opinion when we break trees - we disturb animals and birds. Every spring and autumn, our hunters kill hares, ducks and wild boars. It's terrible!

I really think it's important to protect wildlife, because someday our children will see animals and birds only in picture books. I think we should stop the pollution because tomorrow we'll have no air to breathe! Remember it! And don't forget!
