Baursaks

Baursak is Kazakh bread. You can cook it for a holiday or a party. Let's cook baursaks. Put some yeast in a cup of milk. Add three cups of flour, two eggs and some water. Add some butter, some salt and some sugar, too. Put everuthing in a warm place. In the morning you can make balls or small squares. Cook them in oil. Baursaks are ready. Enjoy your meal.
