Цель мероприятия: активизация страноведческого материала

Задачи:

Образовательные:

- повторение изученного материала

Практические:

- формирование навыков работы в группе.

Развивающие:

- развитие памяти, внимания, умения слушать учителя и одноклассников.

Воспитательные:

- привитие интереса к английскому языку;

- формирование чувства ответственности за команду;

- воспитание уважительного отношения друг к другу.

Оборудование: компьютер, мультимедийная установка, экран, презентация Power Point, карточки с буквами для каждой команды, грамота команде-победительнице

Ход мероприятия

1. Организационный момент

Today you will play the game, which is called "Who wants to be a millioner?" I`ll remind you the rules. You will answer 15 questions from 100 to 1000000. You will think during one minute. Then you will have to give your answers. You have 3 prompts: 50x50, the help of the audience and the call to your friend. You can use each prompt once only. So, are you ready to start? Let`s begin!
