Sit down. Let`s begin our lesson.

Look at the blackboard. Yesterday I went to the cinema and saw a very interesting …(film).So, our theme for today will be" Films".

What do we need for that? Some words, Past tense, A plan according to which we`ll arrange our sayings.

Let`s begin with the words.

Look at the blackboard and repeat after me.

Horror, romance, comedy, action, animated, fantasy.

Now , look at the blackboard and say what type of film is it?

Open your books page110 , ex.4. Let` read the text and find out what type of film is it? Answer the questions Ex.2

Also for our lesson we need Past Tense. Lets repeat the rules.

Again look at the text and find out the verbs in Past tense

So she had a great weekend and saw Harry Potter.

And did you see any films? Let`s find out it. Please in pairs, make short dialoges about the films, for example

What film did you see last weekend?

I saw Harry Potter .

Did you like it?

Yes, it was wonderful .

Let`s check our knowledge of past tense and and do exercise. Complete the sentences with past tense. I`ll give your 3 minutes. Exchange your papers and let`s check.

Also for our lesson we need some plan. Let`s return to the text and look at the first part. What can we read there about? The type, main characters.

In the second part we can read the main idea , the plot.

And then we see some recommendations.

So, the text consists of three parts: Type, main characters, plot, recommendations.

Make groups of fours, I`ll give you the texts. They are cut cut . Arrange them according to this plan.

Look at the text and tell me please about your texts according the plan.

There are different types of films but when we talk about them we must say about type, main characters, plot, recommendations.

At the end let`s repeat types of films and solve the puzzle and find the key word.
