Тема: "How do you help your neighbourhood?" Как вы помогаете своему району?

Цели:

развивающий аспект - развитие произвольного внимания, произвольной и непроизвольной памяти, умения использовать опоры для построения высказывания, умения пользоваться справочной литературой (лингвострановедческим справочником);

воспитательный аспект - воспитание ценностного отношения к природе, окружающей среде (экологическое воспитание, бережное, уважительное отношение к природе и всем формам жизни), воспитание способности осознавать экологические проблемы, готовности к личному участию в экологических проектах;

учебный аспект - формирование лексических навыков: говорения.

Речевой материал: продуктивный: лексический - to clean up, to collect, to do the shopping, to do tricks, graffiti, a leaf, litter, to pick up, to rake, to sew, to wash off; рецептивный: elderly, local, lonely, a neighbourhood, secondhand, countryside, begin.

Ход урока

1. Этап мотивации (самоопределения) к учебной деятельности. (2 мин.)

- Good morning boys and girls! I'm glad to see you! Sit down, please!

- How are you? What is the date today? Who is absent?

- Thank you! Let's start our lesson!

2. Фонетическая зарядка (3 мин)

Look at our blackboard. We have a tongue twister. First listen, I will read it to you.

Now you can read it to your partner. Read as fast as possible!

3. Этап актуализации и пробного учебного действия. (2 мин.)

- Look at those pictures, what do you see? (мусор, больные дети, пожилые люди и т.д.)

- OK. What you want to do, when you see those photos? (помочь)

- Скажите по-английски: Я хочу помочь этим людям.

4. Этап выявления места и причины затруднения. (6 мин.)

- How can you help in this situation?

- Are there places or people in your city that might need your help?

- Can you name them?

- What will you do?

I see that it is a little bit difficult to say what exactly should we do, but it's an interesting topic, isn't it?

Этап построения проекта выхода из затруднения. (3 мин.)

- Today we are going to talk about our neighborhood and different problems that we can help to solve! And in the end of the lesson I hope we will find a lot of ways to help our neighborhood!

5. Этап реализации построенного проекта. (6 мин.)

- Open your books p.38 ex. 1.1. (новые лексические единицы)

Let's listen what children are going to do to help their neighborhood. Be attentive!

We've heard, what children are going to do, but you don't know some words and phrases.

I'll show you some images and then we'll try to guess, what they mean.

6. Этап первичного закрепления с проговариванием во внешней речи. (8 мин.)

Now we are going to read this text and translate in Russian for our guests what children are going to do!

7. Зарядка.
