Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент (5 минут):

Учитель: Good morning, dear children!

Ученики: Good morning, good morning,

Good morning to you.

Good morning, dear teacher,

We are glad to see you!

Учитель: I'm glad to see you too. The theme of our lesson is "At home". We have spoken a lot about places you and other people live in. Let's begin our lesson with phonetic drill. Repeat tongue twisters after me.

I can think of six thin things but I can think of six thick things too.

Whether the weather is hot or weather the weather is not.

Before your speaking about the places you live in answer my questions, please. Where do you live? Do you live in a flat or in a house?

P: I live in a flat.

P: I live in a flat, too.

T: Thank you. And I live in a flat, too. So you can say that the place all people live is a flat. Is that right? How do you think?

P: I think that's right.

P: I don't think that's right because not all people live in flats. Many people live in houses.

T: I agree with you. You are right. How can you call the place we live in in general for all people?

P: I think it is our home.
