Unit 1 "Hello everybody" Lesson1

Цели:

- образовательная: - изучение глаголов-связок, названия стран

- воспитательная: - повышение интереса к изучаемому материалу

- развивающая: - развитие навыков употребления грамматических структур, навыков аудирования.

I. Орг. момент. Вступительное слово учителя о плане урока.

II. Речевая разминка.

III. Совершенствование грамматических навыков.(Past Simple tense)

IV. Формирование коммуникативных навыков (reading, speaking skills)

V. Подведение итогов урока.

VI. Заключительный этап.

Ход урока:

1. Орг.момент Hello, everybody. I'm glad to see you after your long summer vacations. I hope you spent it productively and joyfully. Today is a great day -beginning of your hard study. Congratulations. We start our lesson with discussing your summer holidays. Then we read texts about holidays. After that we will open your books and improve your grammar skills. But we start with tongue-twister.

What did you dislike?

Linda:

Pupils at school have their vacations four times a year - in winter, in autumn, in spring, and in summer. As for me, the best holidays are in summer. All people enjoy summer holidays very much. It is a great pleasure to have a rest after a whole year of hard work or study. People like to travel during summer holidays. Some people go abroad to see new countries, some people prefer to go to the country-side to enjoy country-life far from noise and fuss of big cities. Some people like to spend their holidays in cities, visiting theatres and museums. But a great number of people go to the seaside in summer. I like to have rest at the seaside best of all. I do not like crowds when I am on holidays. My parents and I always have our holidays on the coast. Sea and sunshine-that is what we look forward to every summer. Usually we go to a holiday camp. Last year we spent our holidays in such a camp. Each day was full of small joys. We swam in the sea, lay in the sun, played different games and had a wonderful time. It was a nice rest. If everything is OK this year we will go to the seaside again.

N.B. Притяжательные местоимения в абсолютной форме ставятся в тех предложениях, если за ним нет существительного, оно заменяет его собой. Присоединительные, соответственно, требуют после себя существительное.
