Конспект открытого урока по теме «Хобби» в 3 классе

(УМК «English World 2» авт. Mary Bowen, Liz Hocking)

Тема: Pirate Jack. The World of My Interests.

Цель: формирование коммуникативной компетенции учащихся

Планируемые результаты:

Предметные умения

• освоить и отработать лексические единицы по данной теме;

• повторить и обобщить формообразование и употребление глаголов в утвердительной форме Present Simple;

• вести диалог-распрос по данной теме;

• аудирование и чтение с извлечением информации;

• подготовленное монологическое высказывание с графическими опорами

• письменная речь с опорой на образец

• Фонетическая разминка.

• Совершенствование лексических навыков.

• Обучение аудированию.

• Обучение чтению.

• Обучение диалогической речи.

• Совершенствование грамматических навыков.

• Обучение монологической речи.

III. Завершающий этап урока:

• Запись домашнего задания.

• Подведение итогов урока.

• Выставление оценок.

Ход урока:

I. Организационное начало урока:

Приветствие.

Good morning, boys and girls! I am very glad to see you today.

Объявление задач урока.

Today we have a lot of work. During the lesson we will learn how to speak about our interests: we are going to refresh words and grammar on topic «My Interests», we are going to speak about things we like to do.

Речевая разминка.

But let's start our lesson with some questions.

• How are today?

• What day is it today?

• What season is it now?

• What is your favourite season?

• What month is it now?

• What's the weather like today?

Now look at the blackboard. What is the topic of our lesson?

You are right. The topic of our lesson is Pirate Jack. What other characters of our book do you know? Quite right! And today Pirate Jack, Dan and Lily are our guests and they want to get acquainted with you and speak about our interests. (Приложение 1)

II. Основная часть урока:

Фонетическая разминка.

But first of all let's refresh the words we already know on topic «My Interests». Look at the pictures and say what interests can you see? (computer games, playing chess, reading, playing the guitar, playing the piano, reading, drawing) (Приложение 2) What other children's interests do you know? (riding a bike, going to the park, going to the zoo, hockey, badminton)

Now look at the blackboard. Pirate Jack has prepared for us some new words. First listen to me, do not repeat.

Now let's read these words in chorus. Repeat after me. Wonderful!

What words do you know since last year? (football, basketball, tennis, swimming). You are right! Pirate Jack is very happy to have such clever friends!

Now let's show Pirate Jack how well we can read our new words. Let's choose a pupil who will come up to the blackboard. Be ready to repeat after your teacher. First-rate!

Now Pirate Jack wants to see how well each of you can read these words. Read the words one by one in chain, please. Great!

Совершенствование лексических навыков.

Now let's check up how well you know the meaning of these words. Come up to the blackboard and match the word and the picture. (Приложение 3) I like your job!

Now imagine that you are teachers. Ask your classmates our new words. Start your questions with the phrase «What's the English for …?». For example, my question for you is «What's the English for футбол?». Brilliant!

Let's go on further! Pirate Jack has prepared some questions for you. Come up to the blackboard, choose the question from the envelope and give an answer.

Now please think of three things that you like. For example: I like cakes, my family and my cats. What about you?

Now you will hear the text where Pirate Jack, Dan, Lily are speaking about their interests. Listen to the text and from the list presented on the blackboard choose things that Pirate Jack likes to do.

Pirate Jack is very glad that you are so attentive! That's why he has prepared a riddle for you. Look and read what is written in his letter.

Do you know what it is?

Pirate Jack would like to help you. Open your books at page 41 and try to find the word that has this meaning. Are you ready? You are right! It is a hobby! Have you got a hobby? What is your hobby?

Обучение диалогической речи.

Look at the blackboard. Let's read the short conversation between Dan and Lily.

What phrases do Dan and Lily use to speak about hobby? Good. Now be ready to discuss your hobbies in pairs. You have three minutes. Let's listen to you. Your dialogues are amazing!

Обучение чтению.

Now let's return to the text. Will you read it loudly in roles? Let's choose Pirate Jack, Dan and Lily.

Thank you! Now please find the following phrases:

Доброе утро

Тебе нравится петь?

Посмотри на это!

Ты можешь спеть для короля Таба.

Ты можешь купить новую одежду.

Какие у тебя хобби?

Посмотри на мою одежду! Она поношенная.

Дэн любит баскетбол.

Совершенствование грамматических навыков.

Look attentively at the last two phrases (Слайд 1):

I like_ football and volleyball.

Dan likes basketball.

Почему, несмотря на то, что в обоих предложениях говорится о том, что любят делать пират Джек и Дэн, глагол like отличается? Почему в первом предложении он не имеет окончания, а во втором случае имеет окончание S ?

Ребята, вы совершенно правы: во втором предложении подлежащим является существительное Дэн, которое можно заменить на местоимение He. А в первом предложении подлежащим является местоимение I.

Ребята, помогите пирату Джеку закончить схему:

Now open your books at page 42. Divide into four groups and be ready to speak about the interests of the characters of our story Dan, Lily, Molly and their bird. (Слайд 3)

I like work of all three groups. Now let's try to guess what things Pirate Jack likes. Look at the poster on the blackboard and answer the question: What does Pirate Jack like? Don't forget to use the rule. (Слайд 4)

Обучение монологической речи.

But he also wants to know about your hobbies. Let's write a letter to Pirate Jack. But it won't be a usual letter. It will be an audio one. On your desks you can see pens, pencils and paper with the cluster (Приложение 4).

Add pictures to your letter. Be creative. Let's see what letters we have.

Thank you for your wonderful job. Now Pirate Jack is very happy because he

knows everything about his friends' hobbies.

III. Завершающий этап урока.

Now it's time to finish our interesting journey to the English world with our friends. Write down your hometask:
