Урок по английскому языку в 6 классе (Биболетова М.З.)

«Animals in our life»

Цели:

Образовательные:

  1. Развитие грамматических навыков на материале Present Perfect;

  2. Закрепление пройденных лексических единиц;

  3. Развитие навыков чтения с различной стратегией;

  4. Развитие навыков аудирования;

  5. Развитие монологической речи учащихся;

  6. Развитие диалогической речи учащихся.

Развивающие:

  1. Совершенствование мыслительных операций: анализа, обобщения;

  2. Развитие логического мышления;

  3. Формирование иноязычных речевых механизмов: слухового и зрительного восприятия;

  4. Развитие индивидуальных учебных способностей.

Воспитательные:

  1. Поддержание интереса к учению и формирование познавательной активности;

  2. Воспитание культуры общения;

  3. Воспитание бережного отношения к животному миру.

Оборудование: Компьютер, проектор, презентация по теме.

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент. (Слайд 1)

Good day! I am glad to see you. Take your seats. How are you? Smile, please. Today we have many guests. Who is on duty today? Say me please, what date is it today? What day is it today? Who is absent? Thank you, sit down.

And our lesson I would like to start with some questions: (Слайд 2)

Do you like animals? Why?

What animals do you know?

What is your favourite animal?

Have you got a pet at home?

2) Объявление темы урока:

Today we'll play some games, review the words on topic "Animals in our life". We'll learn which of the animals are wild, domestic and endangered. I hope the lesson will be interesting for you and you will enjoy

3) Контроль лексических навыков. Письменная работа в группах.

Open your copy-books, please. Write the date and the day, class work. We have learned a lot of words. Let's try to translate from Russian into English.

Make the table, please.I give to you some cards with names of animals, and you must write them at the table:

A rabbit, a giraffe, a crocodile, a cow, a monkey, a cat, a fox, a dog, a horse, a wolf.

Let's control your work. (Слайд 3)

4) Речевая разминка.

So, we have learned the names of different animals. Let's play the game "Snowball". The pictures on the blackboard will help you to remember animals. The first student will name one animal, the second student will repeat it and add another word, and the next student will repeat two words and say one more. The winner is the student who will repeat the chain of all the words on the topic.

  • An elephant;

  • An elephant, a monkey, a tiger and a bear;

  • An elephant, a monkey, a tiger, a bear and a giraffe. Etc.

Учитель напоминает детям правила игры «Снежный ком» и организует игру. На слайде представлены картинки животных, названия которых знакомы детям. (Слайд 4)

7) Аудирование текста «The Amur Tiger».

The Amur Tiger is the largest cat in the world. These tigers live in the Russian Far East (Дальний Восток) in Primorski and Khabarovski regions. The Amur tigers are heavy (тяжелые) cats (about 300 kilograms). They haven`t got long legs but can run fast and jump long. The Amur tigers live to 15 years in the wild and eat big animals. They hunt them in the day or night. Female tigers have 3-4 babies. They live with their mother for 3 years. Unfortunately the Amur tigers are endangered now.
