Topic "Getting around Scotland"

(Итоговый урок по теме).

Цели- 1) Повторить информацию о Шотландии, тренировать употребление конструкции Complex Object.

2) Развивать навыки говорения и аудирования.

3) Воспитывать вежливость и уважение к людям страны изучаемого языка и их культуре .

На уроке использованы, компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, стереосистема.

1. Warm up.

1. Do you like travelling?

2. When and where did you go on an excursion last time?

3. Who did you go with?

4. Did you like it? Why (not)?

5. Would you like to visit Scotland? Why?

2. Phonetic exercises.

Ex.23 P.187 Repeat the geographical names after the speaker.

3. Translate the sentences from Russian into English, use Complex objects.

4. Work with the dialogue.

1. Work in pairs , act the conversation, change the name Duncan into your name.

2. Act out the dialogue in front of the class.

5. Excursion.

Let's take our seats in the tourist bus and start our tour. I hope all of you will be tour guides and will tell our guests about one of the most beautiful parts of the UK.
