Тема: My free time. Leisure.

Цели: - систематизировать, повторить, закрепить и обобщить лексический материал по теме

- повторить и закрепить грамматический материал (Present Perfect)

- развивать навыки говорения (на основе мини-диалогов)

- развивать навыки аудирования (ответы на вопросы учителя, диск)

- развивать навыки чтения и письма

- воспитывать интерес к изучению иностранного языка; воспитывать умение работать в парах, группах; воспитывать чувство взаимной поддержки, взаимовыручки.

- прививать интерес к культуре англоязычных стран (английские и американские сказки и мультфильмы)

Оборудование: учебник Get Set Go 4 (WB, PB), диск к учебнику, раздаточный материал (карточки), проектор, музыкальный центр, колода карт, шахматы, домино, настольная игра.

Ход урока.

I. Организационный момент. (Слайд 1)

1. Приветствие.

2. Разговор с дежурным.

3. Речевая и фонетическая разминка.

а) звуки [ð], [θ], [∫], [η], [ǽ], [^], [r], [w], [a:], [ə:], [o:]

б) скороговорки (Слайд 2) The weather was windy on Wednesday.

This fish has a thin fin, that fish has a fat fin.

в) чтение слов в транскрипции ['prəυgrəm], [nju:z], [t∫es], ['dominəυz]

г) ответы на вопросы учителя

How are you today?

Are you cold?

Are you hungry?

Are you bored?

Are you happy?

Are you all ready for the lesson?

T.: Good, so let's get started!

II. Основная часть.

1. Проверка Д/з.

2. Объявление темы урока и обсуждение темы.

T.: My dear pupils, today we will speak about your free time. So first of all, tell me please what you do in your free time.

P1: I watch TV.

P2: I play football and I play computer games.

P3: I go to a music school.

P4: I play with my little sister.

P5: I listen to music.

P6: I help my parents.

P6: I read books and watch cartoons.

P7: I play different games with my friends.

3. Обсуждение схемы в группах. (Слайд 3)

T.: Look at this spidergramm. Now you will work in groups and discuss the following:

Group 1: What programmes do you watch on TV?

How do you help your parents?

Group 2: Where do you go in your free time?

What games do you play?

Group 3: What books do you read?

What sports do you do?

Ученики работают в группах, заполняя следующие карточки:

4. Развитие навыков аудирования.

T.: Thank you very much. You did a good job. Well done! And now let's see what Adam and Helen like doing in their free time. Open your books on page 81, exercise 1. Now listen to the CD (трек 28)

5. Инсценировка диалога. Развитие навыков чтения и говорения.

T.: Now two girls will perform this dialogue. Lyutfie will read for Adam and Aishe will read for Sally.

Ученикам раздаются карточки с вопросами, которые они задают девочкам, инсценирующим диалог. Последние отвечают от лица персонажей. (Слайд 4)

Questions to Sally:
1. Are you bored?
2. Do you want to play chess?
Questions to Adam:
1. Do you want to play cards?
2. Have you ever mended a bike?
3. Do you want to go for a bike ride?

6. Повторение и закрепление лексического материала. Учитель показывает колоду карт, домино, настольную игру и шахматы.

T.: So, we play different games with our friends, and these are some of them.

What game is this?

P1: Cards.

T.: What game is this?

P2: Snakes and ladders. etc.

T.: Now I want you to tell me something about your favourite games. Some of you will be a reporter and will ask you the following questions:

Questions of the reporter: (Слайд 5)

1. Have you ever played … (chess, cards, snakes and ladders, dominoes)?

2. Did you like it?

3. What's the most interesting game you've ever played?

7. Физкультминутка, разминка.

T.: Now let's rest a little! Let's play "Who took the cookie?" first!

Ps: Who took the cookie from the cookie jar?

Alie took the cookie from the cookie jar!

P1: Who me?

Ps: Yes, you!

P1: Not me!

Ps: Then who?

P1: Emil! etc.

T.: Now let's sing the song "Have you ever flown a kite?" together! (трек 31)

Ученики исполняют песню сначала хором, затем по ролям.

8. Повторение и закрепление названий английских и американских сказок и мультфильмов.

T.: So in your free time you like playing a lot. But you also like reading and watching TV, is that true? Now let's revise some names of famous books and cartoons. (Слайд 6) - "Aladdin"

(Слайд 7) - "Ali Baba and the forty thieves"

(Слайд 8) - "Beauty and the Beast"

(Слайд 9) - "Alice in Wonderland"

(Слайд 10) - "Cinderella"

(Слайд 11) - "The Lion king"

T.: How do you think, do Adam and Sally like watching films and cartoons too?

Now, will you, please, close your books and let's listen to Adam and Sally talking about their favourite films and books.

T.: Now you are going to do some tasks.

Task 1. Mark these sentences as true(+) or false(-).(Слайд 12)
1. Adam's favourite book is Alice in Wonderland.
2. Adam's got lots of videos.
3. Sally hasn't seen Aladdin.
4. Alice in Wonderland is the most interesting book Sally's ever read.
5. Sally's read a lot of books.
6. Adam doesn't like watching videos.

Task 2. Fill in the sentences with the following words: listening, Aladdin, interesting, Cinderella, watching, Beauty and the Beast, boring, Alice in Wonderland. (Слайд 13)
1. Sally's seen … . She didn't like it.

III. Заключительная часть. Подведение итогов. Выставление оценок.

Т.: Today we've spoken a lot about your free time. Now tell me please one more time in one sentence what you like doing most in your free time.
