Цели урока: Повторить и закрепить материал по теме «Food».

Задачи урока:

Практические:

• развивать умения в реализации всех видов речевой деятельности: аудирование, чтение, говорение и письмо;

• общение и выражение своих мыслей на изучаемом иностранном языке.

Воспитательные:

• воспитывать у учащихся умение различать полезность и необходимость продуктов питания.

• воспитание культуры общения, умения работать в парах

Развивающие:

• развивать навыки диалогической и монологической речи.

• упражнять психические функции, связанные с речевой деятельностью (мышление, произвольное внимание, память, воображение).

1. Организационный момент.

Good morning, children! I am glad to see you. I think you are well. Let's begin our lesson.

Our topic is "Food "(слайд 1, 2) Today we shall revise our vocabulary, grammar material, speak about healthy and unhealthy food. Healthy food means "здоровая, полезная еда". Also speak about Japan, Italian, Scotland and Russian food. Let's prepare to the visit of a café.

As you know some foods can be healthy, but others are dangerous for our health. You can see different foods. Let's answer the questions.

• Milk products are very healthy food. They give us a lot of proteins and vitamins.

• Eating chocolate, candy and sugar is not healthy. They harm our teeth.

• Fruits and vegetables give us a lot of vitamins. We need eat them every day.

• Drinking coffee in the morning makes us full of energy.

• Eating fish is good for our brain because of protein.

• Nuts are a very healthy food. We need it.

My favorite food is ice cream. I can eat it every day. I also love chocolate, cakes and fruit. Apples and bananas are very nice, but I eat very little kiwi fruit because it is not sweet. Vegetable salads are O.K. I eat them with rice or potatoes. I never eat meat because I am a vegetarian, but I like eggs and milk. I usually drink a lot of juice and a lot of water. Orange juice is very tasty. I don't drink much coffee or tea. Coffee is awful and tea is O.K. in the evening.

The Italian cheese is popular all over the world.

• Hello, I am Robin. I am from Scotland. I want to tell you about Scottish cuisine. Scottish food is very simple. In the morning they like to eat different porridges with butter, milk and cream. Also the Scots like sea foods: fish, crabs and shrimps. The Scots like to eat different soups: fish soup, potato soup, soup with cabbage and colonel skins with fish. Not less than fish dishes the Scots like meat dishes. They like beef and mutton. But the most popular national dish in Scotland is haggis. For dessert the Scots like sweet puddings, rolls and cakes. As the English, the Scots like to drink tea with jam, marmalade and cakes.
