The theme of the lesson: Toys


The aims of the lesson:

To enrich pupils word-stock, knowledge about toys` influence on their development
and logical thinking, to impact on their creativity. To bring up pupils to love and protect environment, to respect each other, to create an informal atmosphere in the classroom.


Inter-subject connection: Kazakh, English


The type of the lesson: informative new lesson


Methods of teaching: some toys, interaction

The equipment of the lesson: diagrams on the tasks, pictures, posters, computers, interactive board.

  1. Organization moment.

  2. Asking questions: Did you use new words at home? Let`s revise them:mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, sister, brother etc.

III. The procedure of the lesson


1)Teacher: - My dear children, do you know, what is the toy? Have you ever heard about it? If you have, tell me about them!


Children:-Yes, I have a crocodile etc.

Teacher: Do you know the names of these toys? Let`s name them!

2)Teacher:- Look at this pictures and repeat.

Plane - ұшақ

Train -поезд

Doll - қуыршақ

Ball - доп

Car - мәшине


3) Teacher: Now, close your books and fill the gaps.

In number 1 there`s a doll.

In I number 2 there`s a ball.

In number 3 there`s a plane.

In number 4 there`s a car.

In number 5 there`s a train.

4) Teacher: - Now we will do ex.2. Listen and learn. Track 28.

-Hello, Alibek and Anar. How are you?

- Fine, thank you. Let`s play!

- Oh, look! It`s a plane.

- It isn`t a plane. It`s a train.

- It`s a ball.

- It isn`t a ball. It`s a car.


5)Teacher: -Let`s play domino. (Teacher should shuffle the domino and divide them between pupil. Turn the last domino face up and place it in the middle of the table. The player to the left of the dealer starts. He or she puts a domino next to the one on the table. It must match the word or the picture and the player must say this word. The player on his or her left continues the process)
