The aim: to develop pupils` intellect, to interest students to recite poems, to act on the stage, dance and sing songs in English.

Visual aids: posters, pictures, costumes and musical instruments.

Compeer : Good afternoon , dear teachers, students and guests! Welcome to our party. We are glad to see you and you`ll enjoy todays party. Our party is called " In the world of tales".

The students of the 5 th "form want to recite poems":

1 st student: You are never on time, you are always late,

You don't get up before half past eight.

You're sometimes happy and you're sometimes sad,

But you're me best friend, and that's not bad.

2 nd student: You have biscuits for breakfast and you always eat fruit,

You don't remember birthdays but you always tell the truth.

You`re sometimes sweet and you`re sometimes mad.

But you`re my best friend, and that`s not bad.

3 rd student: You get up at mid night and look at the stars

You often eat your friend`s chocolate bars.

You sleep under your bed and you skateboard to school,

But you`re my best friend, and that`s pretty cool.

4 th student: Look at the boy

He has toy

Look at the girl

She has a doll

Look at the cat

It is in the hat

Look at the pig

It is very big

5 th student: I like this cat

Nina Likes that

I like pussy

And she likes Bat

I like this dog

Mike likes that

I like Spot

He likes fat

6 th student: I have a hare, I have a bear,

My toy`s are here, my toys are there.

I have a horse, I have a fox.

I have a brown cow.

I have a hen.
