Тема: «Времена года» 4 класс





Цели урока:

-контроль монологического высказывания по теме «Времена года»;

- совершенствование навыков аудирования и чтения;

- развитие диалогической речи по темам «Погода», «Одежда»;

- формирование умений и навыков в использовании различных временных форм.

Дидактический материал: коллаж «Времена года», 2 телефона, бумажные куклы с одеждой, картинки по теме «Одежда», разрезная пословица, карточки с текстом, записи песен «The Seasons», «The Weather».

Ход урока





  1. Организационный момент.

T: How do you do, kids!

P-s : How do you do!

T: I hope you are well, kids.

P-s: We hope you are, too.

T: Today we'll speak about seasons. Our task is to revise the material we've learnt. To brush up our phonetics let's recite the poem " Seasons".

Autumn is yellow

Winter is white

Spring is green

Summer is green.



2. Разминка.

T: Now your task is to agree or disagree:

There are 5 seasons in a year.

Autumn comes after summer.

Spring comes after winter.

Winter is the coldest season of a year.

It's warmer in spring than in summer.

It's colder in autumn than in winter.



T: Now let's speak what we can do in different seasons. First remember our song "The seasons. Let's sing it".

"In winter we ski and skate", says little Kate.

" In summer I like to swim", says little Jim.

And what do we do in spring?

In spring we play and sing.

T: Now answer my questions, please.

  • What can children do in winter?

  • What do you like best?

  • What can you do in summer?

  • What do you do in spring?

Say what your favourite season is. And why do you like it? As for me, my favourite season is summer because I like to swim.

T: The proverb "Tastes differ" suits here.



T: Now recite poems about your favourite seasons.

3.Аудирование.

T: You will listen to the text. Be carefully and be ready to choose the pictures to the text and say what the text is about.

It's cold. People wear hats, gloves, coats, and boots. Children begin to play hockey, ski, skate, run, and toboggan . It is snowy, cold, and windy in winter. Children can play snowballs on the white ground. They are happy to have winter holidays.

T: What is the text about? How can you prove that?



4. Монолог «Времена года».

T: Now let's make a conclusion and tell everything you know about the seasons. It was your homework.

( Примерные рассказы учащихся.)

P1: There are 4 seasons in a year. They are winter, spring, summer and autumn. It's warmer in spring than in winter. It's colder in autumn than in summer. Winter is the coldest season of a year. Summer is the hottest season.

P2: In winter the days are short and the nights are long. It's cold in winter. People wear warm clothes. It often snows. Children can play snowballs, hockey, ski, skate and make a snowman in winter.



5.Зарядка.

T: It's high time to have a rest. Sing and do the movies.

Clap, clap, clap your hands together

Stamp, stamp, stamp your feet together

Spin, spin, spin around together

Dance, dance, dance a dance together

Sing, sing, sing a song together.



6.Тема «Погода».

Imagine the situation: the English boy, Mike by name, is speaking over the phone with Susan about the weather.



(Ученики рассказывают диалоги.)



T: Try to sing a weather song.

Ps: Whether the weather is cold

Or whether the weather be hot

Or whether the weather be fair

Or whether the weather be not

We'll whether the weather

Whatever the weather

Whether the weather

Whether we like it or not.



7.Тема «Одежда».

T: So it's warm in New York. Susan wants to go for a walk. What is she putting on?



(Pupils watch DVD and create the sentences)



8.Чтение



Everything is good in it's season.

There are 4 seasons in a year. Each of them brings different weather and different dresses. When it is hot people wear shorts and t-shirts, blouses and skirts.

In cold weather people usually put on warm clothes: jeans and trousers, jackets and caps. In winter they wear coats, mittens and gloves. The proverb says: "There is no bad weather, there are bad clothes ".

Another proverb says: "Everything is good in it's season". Do you understand it? When you think what to wear, choose the right dress. Think what is good at the sport ground and what is good at the party and why a long dress looks beautiful on a woman but is funny on a little girl.



T: What new proverbs have you met in the text?



9.Подведение итогов и домашнее задание.

T: Our lesson is over. Your homework will be to learn the proverbs.
