</ Тема урока: «У врача»

УМК: «Английский язык. V класс» Учеб. для общеобразоват. организаций и шк. с углубл. изучением англ.яз. с прил. на электрон. носителе. В 2ч./ И.Н. Верещагина, О.В.Афанасьева.- М.: Просвещение, 2014г.

Класс: 5в класс с углубленной (дополнительной) подготовкой по английскому языку.

Продолжительность урока: 45 минут

Место в плане: середина курса.

Цель урока: Совершенствование грамматических навыков, развитие речевых навыков учащихся в диалогической речи.

Задачи:

1. Практическая:

- отработать употребления нового грамматического материала в Reported Speech в письменной речи.

- совершенствовать навыки чтения: на понимание главной идеи текста, с полным пониманием текста;

- попрактиковаться в чтении диалога вслух.

2. Образовательная:

-развитие навыков говорения, чтения, грамматических навыков, развитие навыков диалогической речи.

3. Развивающая:

- повышение мотивации к изучению иностранного языка;

- развитие навыка языковой догадки, интеллекта, памяти, внимания.

4. Воспитательная:

- воспитание у школьников заботы о своем здоровье, стремления вести здоровый образ жизни;

- развитие умений и навыков работать в парах, самостоятельно;

- воспитание культуры общения.

Оборудование:

- жк-телевизор, компьютер, карточки на изучаемый грамматический материал, презентация к уроку, видеофрагмент с зарядкой.

I. Речевая разминка. Организационный момент.

Teacher:-Hello, boys and girls! Sit down, please! Ira, how are you today?

Teacher:-I am OK, thanks. Ira, how do you feel today?

Teacher: -Anya, tell me, please, who is absent today.

Teacher: - Is Vasya ill?

Teacher: -Alina, tell me, please, who is on duty today.

Teacher:-What day of the week is it today, Vasya?

Teacher: - What is the date today?

II. Сообщение темы, плана урока.

Teacher:-Thank you very much. First of all, look at the screen and answer my questions. (слайд 1)

• What can you see in the screen?

• What are we going to speak about?

Teacher: You are right! Today we continue speaking about health and we are going to discuss what we should or shouldn't do at the doctor's.

Teacher: So, listen to me I will explain the plan for the lesson:

--We are going to read and speak about our health today.

- We are going to work with a dialogue.

-We are going to do some grammar tasks.

-We are going to listen to the teacher and listen to each other today.

-We are going to write down our homework today. Is it clear what we are going to do today?

III. Cовершенствование грамматических навыков по теме «Reported Speech»

Teacher: -If it is clear, let's begin with our grammar material that is Reported Speech. Open your exercise-books for classwork. Write down the date, the word "classwork". Your first task is to put in "said" or "told". Do the task in writing. You have about 2 minutes.

4. Mother … her son to go to the dentist.

Teacher: Stop, please. Your time is over. Let's check the exercise up. Look at the screen. Compare your answers. Who has no mistakes?

Teacher: Very good! Your 2^nd task is to put the sentences into Reported Speech. Do the task according to the example. Ksjusha, read out the example, please.

Teacher: Thank you, Ksjusha. Now work in pairs. Do it orally. You have 2 minutes.

2. PUT THE SENTENCES INTO REPORTED SPEECH:

Example: Bella: "My brother never tells lies".

Bella said her brother never told lies.

1. Bob: "We have already seen the doctor".

2. Fred: "I always clean my teeth".

3. Mary: "I never drink coffee".

4. Mr Brown: "My son is ill".

5. Polly and Bill: "We go to bed at 10 p.m.".

6. Lucy: "I can't skate well".

Teacher: It's time to check up the task. Who wants to answer?

IV. Зарядка.

Teacher: Thank you very much. It is time to relax a little bit. Let's do morning exercises. Stand up, please, and look at the screen (видеофрагмент с зарядкой).

V. Развитие навыков диалогической речи

• Чтение диалога про себя (на понимание главной идеи текста)

Teacher: Sit down, please. Now we will work with our text-books. Open them, please, on page 47. What is the title of the dialogue? How can you translate it into Russian? (У врача)

Teacher: That's right. Read the dialogue to yourselves and answer the question "Which of them - the doctor or the patient -was silly?" You have 4 minutes.

Teacher: Stop, please. So, which of them - the doctor or the patient -was silly?"

Teacher: You are right.

• Выполнение заданий на детальное понимание текста диалога.

Teacher: Read the dialogue again and say if the statements before the text are "True", "False" or "Not Stated". Don't forget to correct the wrong sentences. Do the task in pairs. You have about 4 minutes.

Teacher: Your time is over. Let's check up the task. We are working in pairs: pupil #1 reads out the statement, pupil #2 gives his or her variant of the answer.

Teacher: Our next task is to answer the questions to the dialogue. That is exercise 22 page 49 Work in pairs. Do it orally, please. You have 2 minutes.

Teacher: Stop, please. Let's check up your answers. We are working in pairs again: pupil #1 reads out the question, pupil #2 gives his or her answer.

Teacher: Thank you very much.

VI. Зарядка для глаз.

Teacher: I think you are tired. Let's do some exercises for your eyes.

• Чтение диалога вслух.

Teacher: Now it's the very time to role-play the dialogue. Firstly, do it in pairs. Then you will listen to each other. So, you have about 2 minute for the task.

Teacher: Stop, please. Let's role-play the dialogue. Are there any volunteers?

Teacher: Thank you very much. Let's draw a conclusion: what should we do at the doctor's?

VII. Заключительный этап урока: сообщение домашнего задания, подведение итогов урока

Teacher: You are completely right. You've worked so well today! It's time to write down your homework. Look at the screen (слайд 3). Your home task is: ex.29 p.20. Do it in writing, using Reported Speech.

Teacher: The lesson is almost over. Tell me, please, what you have learned today.

Teacher: Thank you for the lesson. Good-bye! Have a nice day!
