Урок английского языка по теме "Occupations. Revision."


Тип урока: комбинированный.


Цели урока.

Общеобразовательная: иметь представление о различных профессиях.

Развивающая: развитие языковой догадки, логического мышления сопоставлять, сравнивать, развития мотивации к дальнейшему овладению ИК, воображения, компенсаторных умений.

Воспитательная: совершенствовать навыки общения, воспитание личностных качеств (трудолюбие, упорство )

Практическая: закрепление лексического материала, развитие навыков диалогической речи, развитие грамматических навыков, навыков аудирования.

Ход урока


I.

Организационный момент.


- Good afternoon, boys and girls. Who is absent today?

- Today we are going to talk about occupations. It is a revision lesson. Open your exercise books, write down the topic of our lesson.


II. Речевая разминка.

- Let's have a phonetic drill, train our languages. Repeat words after the speaker.

Speak as quickly as you can (ученики знакомы с этой видеозаписью, первый раз слова лучше проговаривать, используя паузу).

III. Проверка домашнего задания.

- It time to check up your homework. We'll revise tag or tail questions. Open your supplementary books with grammar exercises.

IV. Основная часть.

- Now look at the boat, please. Let's remember proverbs and saying. Your task is to match parts of the sentences. Read the proverb and translate it.

He works best who knows his trade. - Дело мастера боится. (Лучше всех работает тот, кто знает свое дело.)

He that will not work shall not eat. - Кто не работает, тот и не ест.

A bad workman blames his tools. - У плохого мастера всегда инструмент виноват.

Jack of all trades, master of none. Подмастерье всех ремёсел, мастер ни одного.(За всё берётся, да не всё удаётся.)

No pains, no gains. - Без трудов нет и заработка.( Без труда не вытащишь и рыбку из пруда.)

- Look at this table, please. Match the meanings in Box A with the words in Box B and you will answer what they do.

- Let's find out what characteristics are necessary for different jobs.

There are pictures and cards with adjectives. I would like you to make up sentences as in the example. Listen to what Mr.Hopkis and Mrs.Clifford are talking about their jobs. Guess and say what they do.

What does Mr.Hopkis do? - He is a farmer.

What does Mrs.Clifford do? - She is a librarian.

- I would like you to work in pairs. Make up the dialogue and act it out. Ученикиполучают раздаточный материал.
