The theme of the lesson: Capitals

The aim of the lesson:

Educational: to teach pupils to speak about capitals using new lexical material in their speech;

To teach pupils to work in groups;

Developing: to develop pupils skills on group work;

Bringing up: to bring up pupil's love to their own capital and to foreign

The visual aids: active board, posters, cards, pictures

The form of the lesson: group, frontal, individual

Organization moment:

Greeting ( Comrades, today we have an unusual lesson, come to me please.) You should greet each other. I'll give you cards and a ball.

Hello, hello, how are you? How are you?

I'm fine, I'm great, I'm wonderful,

I'm fine, I'm great, I'm wonderful!

Let's divide into three groups. I'll give you cut pictures you should make up it.

London- Astana- Other country

I'll give you some cards with the name of the capitals you should to make up them:

London- Astana- Capital

So comrades, the theme of our lesson is Capital ( Slide 1 ).

- What is the capital of Kazakhstan?

- What is the capital of Great Britain?
