Warm up:
Сегодня мы с вами научимся называть животных на английском языке. Повторим буквы, звуки. Научимся говорить: «У меня есть…», почитаем и поиграем.
Phonetic drill:
On the board there are some letters. I show one by one, pupils need name the letters.

А какой звук передает буква Dd - [d], Tt - [t]?
А теперь сыграем в веселую игру: когда услышите звук [d] в слове, вы должны хлопнуть 1 раз в ладоши. А если звук [t], хлопните 2 раза в ладоши.
I name the words, pupils clap.
Words for the game: train, dog, duck, parrot, hamster, cat, kite, robot, doll.
Revision colours: white, blue, red, green, yellow
I show pictures and ask: "What colour is it?". Pupils name the colour
