Тема: «Путешествие - как способ познать мир»

Тип урока: закрепление знаний, умений, навыков.

Вид урока: практическая работа.

Формы организации познавательной деятельности: фронтальная, парная, индивидуальная.

Средства обучения: компьютер, авторская презентация, проектор, лист ватмана, листы бумаги размером А4, маркеры, картинки, клей, магниты.

Цель урока: развитие коммуникативной компетенции и культуры общения учащихся.

Задачи урока

1. Формировать у учащихся навыки работы над проектом.

2. Совершенствовать лексику по теме «Путешествие - как способ познать мир» с помощью устной и письменной речи.

3. Развивать познавательный интерес к изучению английского языка.

1. Организационный момент (приветствие)

• Good morning, dear friends!

• The bell has gone and we'll start our lesson.

• I'm very glad to see you and to be your teacher for today's lesson!

• How are you getting on?

• Good morning, teacher!

• OK, teacher.

2 Актуализация знаний учащихся по теме «Путешествие - как способ познать мир».

• T: Why do you think people travel?

P: - They want to change their life.

P: - They hope to make a fortune.

P: -They want to investigate the world.

P: -They want to discover new places, new species of animals or plants to become famous.

P: - They want to develop trade and economic relationship.

P: - They want to meet new people and get to know their lifestyles and their traditions.

P: - They have a sense of adventure.

3. Выявление проблемы.

• And dear friends, explain how you feel about travelling?

1. First, describe the places of interest, please.

2. When do you prefer to travel?

3. What countries are worth visiting ?

4. What can you say about your town?

Thank you! I see you like to travel.

But would you like to change something in your life, for example?

• I would like to travel a lot by speedy cars.

• I don't like to travel much because I suffer from unknown diseases, hunger, thirst and wild animals.

• I prefer travelling because of curiosity.

• We are happy when we are allowed to do what we want that's why I would like to travel by modern ocean liners.

• But the tickets are very expensive.

4. Постановка цели; пути решения проблемы.

• Now, look, we analyzed the situation in this problem and you want to change it for the better.

• Now, what is our objective?

• Well then, let's dream a little bit and imagine a comfortable travelling. Let's write a little newspaper about travelling. It will be our project.

5. Подготовка к работе над проектом.

• Let's give the title (the name) to our project.

• Let's draw up the plan our project. What shall we speak about first? These points of the plan will be the names of your articles!

• Will it be comfortable for you to work in pairs as well as you sit? O.k. then chose one of the points of the plan.

• Write some information about it on these sheets of paper,

• Draw or stick pictures (I'll give you some)

• Then stick your sheet of paper there on the wall newspaper!

• And I'll give you cards with some words that you must use in your articles/notes. Consult the screen. There you can find the examples.

• Is everything clear? Do you understand me? Then, begin working please! I give you 8 minutes.

6. Разработка проекта и оформление результатов.

Учащиеся работают в парах. Учитель крепит лист ватмана на доску, приклеивает названия статей. Помогает учащимся. Учащиеся приклеивают свои листы А4 на ватман/постер.

7. Презентация проекта.

• Now, look! Our poster is ready. But not the project. The project should be presented! Please, come to the blackboard! Stand there 5 persons to the left site of the poster and 5 persons to the right site. Closer stand those of you who will speak the first and so on. Then just change your places.

• Ready, then. Present your project! Let's begin with the building.

Учащиеся представляют свои тексты, таким образом, защищая проект.

8. Подведение итогов.

• Well, as you see, our travelling is super, wonderful! It is in a good idea to have cheap tickets .We have found the information about different countries, strange places. O.k. it's your choice, your dream, your project. Is it a success?

• Well, we realized our project. We succeeded. We have spoken about travelling.

Yes, it is!

9 Рефлексия.

• Now, tell me, what are your impressions? Do you like your project? Was it interesting or difficult? Say a few words and then go to your places.

Учащиеся выражают свое мнение об уроке, проекте.

10. . Сообщение домашнего задания.

And now it's time to write down your homework!

Do you have pen friends from other cities or other countries? If not? I advise you to look into the website ENGLISH FOR KIDS. There you can find friend's from other countries.

So your home task is to find a pen friend, to ask him about his hobby and to make a project «My friend lives in Britain».
