3. To learn pupils' how to great to each other.



Aids: map, bear-toy, pictures, journal, English books and etc.

The Procedure of the lesson

Organization moment

Good morning pupils! Let me introduce myself. My name is Asem. So pupils let's acquaintance oneself with Ademy, Bobby, bear-cub Ted.



Ted: Hello! I'm Ted. What's your name?

P: My name is….

T: OK, children open your books at page 3.



Doing exercises



Ex.1, p.3 (CD2) Listen, point and repeat.



Hello, I'm Miss Blue.

Hello Ademy, Bobby, Ted.

What is your name?



Ex. 2, p.4 - Act (work in group)



Now I'll read the dialogue and translate. Then you may introduce with Ted.

Theme: How are you?

Aims: 1. To introduce pupils with the question

2. To develop colloquial dialogue.

3. To speak about the rule of school in English lesson.

Aids: Teddy bear and pictures (great, happy, fine, sad).



The Procedure of the lesson

Warm-up: Hello, children! Sit down, please. Today we'll speak "How are you? How do you do?". For these questions helps us Ted.

  • Hello! - Hello!

  • What's your name? - My name is Ted.

Ex. 1, p.6 (CD 4) Listen, point and repeat.



I'm great.

I'm happy.

I'm sad.

I'm fine.

How are you today?

Ex. 2, p.6 Act (work in group)

  • How are you?

  • I'm ….

Ex. 3, p.7 Game

Pupils let's act. I'll tell you (close, open, stand up, sit down) you must do it.

Ex. 4, p.8 Listen and match
