Family (М. З. Биболетова «Enjoy English-5-6»)

Цель: развитие речевых умений по теме "Семья".

Задачи урока:

1. Практические:
а) развивать умения монологической речи;
в) развивать умения чтения с извлечением необходимой информации.

2. Развивающие:
а) развивать языковые и познавательные способности;
б) учить учащихся анализировать, делать выводы.

3. Образовательные: расширить кругозор учащихся по данной теме.

4. Воспитательные:

1. формировать способности к коллективной работе в группе;

2. воспитывать толерантное отношение к другой культуре.

Оборудование: доска, наглядный материал (карточки со словами для кластера), листы бумаги, фломастеры.

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент.

T. Good morning, boys and girls. I'm glad to see you.

Today we'll speak about family. You'll remember the words, read the text and answer questions: Who is the family? I hope the lesson will be interesting for you and you will enjoy it. Let's start.

2. Фонетическая зарядка.

T. Look at the blackboard. This is the poem. Listen to me. Let's learn this poem. (Выучить стихотворение, стирая с доски по две строки.)

T. Now you work in groups. I divide you in three groups. You have the text "Royal Family". You read it and draw family tree. You have sheets and felt-tip pens. The first group - you draw the tree as you are Queen Elisabeth; the second group - as you are Prince Charles; and the third group - as you are Prince William. (Приложение 1)

Royal Family

The British Royal family is very big. Queen Elisabeth II is the Head of the State. Her father is King George VI. Her mother is Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon.

The present family began with the wedding of princess Elizabeth and Phillip, Duke of Edinburg in 1947 year. In 1953 Elizabeth II was crowned. She was 26 years old.

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip have four children: Prince Charles, born in 1948, a daughter - Princess Anne (born in 1950), and two more sons - Prince Andrew (born in 1960) and Prince Edward (born in 1964). Her Majesty has eight grandchildren.

William and Henry are the sons of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. They serve in the army. Peter and Zara are children of Princess Anne. Beatrice and Eugenie are Prince Andrew's daughters. Louise and Viscount are children of Prince Edward.

The Royal family takes part in official ceremonies and meetings. They help many organizations.

In the summer of 2011, the Queen celebrated her 85th birthday. The marriage of her grandson William and Kate Middleton was the best present for her.
