  • тренувати в аудіюванні, читанні та діалогічному мовленні;

  • вчити учнів працювати в парах та групах.

вдосконалювати мовні навички;

удосконалювати фонетичні, лексичні та мовленнєві навички учнів;

Тип уроку: Урок засвоєння нових знань

Вид уроку: Введення і закріплення лексики в мовних зразках

Задачі уроку: вивчити лексичні одиниці з теми «Mealtime». Введення і закріплення лексики в мовних зразках, розвиток комунікативних здібностей учнів, навчати вмінню співпрацювати. Мотивувати школярів до вивчення англійської мови.

Наочність: презентація, підручник, роздатковий матеріал.

Обладнання: мультимедійний проектор, ММ-дошка, ноутбук.

Хід уроку

  1. Організація класу. Привітання.

T: Good morning, pupils!

Ps: Good morning, teacher!

Good morning to you! (2)

We're all at our places

With sunshiny faces,

Good morning to you!

We're glad to see you!

T: I'm glad to see you, too. How are you?

Ps: We're super,

Yes, we do!

We've got spirits,

And what about you?

T: I've got spirits, too. So, let's start our lesson!

А)Фонетична розминка.

- At first, look at the blackboard, please. Here you can see phonetic exercises. We shall read them together and after that you will read them faster and faster.

В) Мовленнєва зарядка
T.: Well, my friends, I want to pay your attention to the blackboard. What kind of fruit do you know?
P: apples, oranges, plumps, pears.

T: Good of you! And now imagine that you are going to prepare soup. Which vegetables do we put when we cook soup?
Р: Potatoes, onion, carrot, cabbage.

Teacher: Well done! Name soft drinks

Pupils: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite.


Teacher: Brilliant! I wonder if you know any names of berries

Pupils: strawberry, cherry.

III. Актуалізація опорних знань

T- Let's check up your homework. What was it for today?

P- It was to read and translate ex.7 p. 84 and decide what statements are true or false.

T.- One of you will read only true sentences and the others must say "Agree" or "Disagree". (one of the pupils reads exercise 8 from page 85 and the other pupils express their agreement or disagreement).

  • And in the same way we will check up false sentences.

- Answer my questions:

- What is your favourite meal at home? (5-7 children give answers for these questions)

- What do you usually have for breakfast? ? (5-7 children give answers for these questions: I usually have a cup of tea and porridge for breakfast. I usually have a cup of milk and toasts with jam for breakfast. I usually have fried eggs for breakfast. etc).

  • So, what do you think, what is the topic of our lesson ?

  • I think it's "Mealtime" (Слайд 2)

VI. Основна частина уроку.

6.1. Подання та активізація нових ЛО.

-Imagine that your mother went to the shop yesterday. What did she buy for today's breakfast? Let's see.(Слайд 3)

(Teacher reads the words: Sandwich - сендвіч, cheese - сир, sausage - ковбаса,butter - масло, yoghurt - йогурт, biscuits - печиво).

3.2.Відпрацювання вимови

- Now repeat these words after me in a whisper.

- Now repeat these words after me loudly.

- I'll read these words in English and you'll read only translation.

- I'll read these words in Ukrainian and you'll read them in English.

3.3.Закріплення та застосування нових ЛО

-Let's play a game "Missing Words".

-Find the mistakes in the words: sendwish, chees_, sousage, buter, youghurt, biscuits. (Слайд 4)

  • Look at these pictures. Your task is to look at them and say what food children like to eat. Use the example: Some children like to eat cheese sandwiches. (Children make up sentences orally).

  1. Some children like to eat yoghurt.

  2. Some children like to eat sweets.

  3. Some children like to eat a sausage sandwich.

  4. Some children like to eat porridge.

  5. Some children like to eat butter and jam sandwich.

  6. Some children like to eat biscuits.

  1. Look at the blackboard and repeat after me:

- Listen to the text and be prepare to answer the questions after it:

1) How many meals have the children got?

T.- It's time to have a rest. Let's play our game "Be attentive". Listen to me and do what I ask you.

Family Meals

It is breakfast time. My family is at the table. My mum made different sandwiches. There are cheese sandwiches, meat sandwiches, butter and jam sandwiches. There is also tea and coffee on the table. My favourite is a butter

and jam sandwich and I have it with tea. Then I fix breakfast for my pets. My cat has milk for breakfast and my dog prefers sausage to milk. Tastes

differ, you know. In the evening, when all the family gathers, my mum cooks supper. Usually, it is a big meal for my dad. He has sausage or meat and vegetables for supper. He is hungry after his working day. As for me, I adore yoghurt or milk and some biscuits for supper. It is the same with my sister. But we are happy to sit at one supper table, and talk, and talk.
