Franklin Roosevelt was born in January 30, 1882 in New York. He was 32 president of the United States. The only American president elected by more than 2 terms. He had two sons.

As a child, Roosevelt travelled every summer with his parents in Europe, so he could speak foreign languages. Roosevelt received a bachelor`s degree.

In 1905, Franklin married Anna Eleanora Roosevelt. They had six children.

After spending 2 years as governor, Roosevelt gained valuable experience, which was used during his presidency.

In the first 100 days of his reign Roosevelt implemented a number of important reforms.

In honor of Roosevelt a small island was called. Its length is 3 kilometers. Now Sarah Jessica Parker lives on this island.

A street in Yalta was named in honor of Franklin.

Roosevelt died April 12, 1945 in America, Georgia. He was 63 years old.
