«Достопримечательности Лондона.

Лондонские мосты»

Цель урока: обобщить и систематизировать знания, умения и навыки учащихся по теме: "Places of interest of London " и активизировать умения поискового чтения и пересказа.

образовательные:

-активизировать употребление в речи лексико-грамматического материала по теме «Places of interest of London»

воспитательные:

- воспитывать у обучающихся познавательный интерес к стране изучаемого языка

- воспитывать культуру работы в группе по достижению общей цели, чувство сотрудничества, умение и уважать мнение других, повышать мотивацию изучения английского языка.

развивающие:

-развивать навыки говорения, чтения, аудирования;

-развивать интеллектуальную и творческую активность

Оборудование: учебник «Enjoy English» для 7 класса, М.З. Биболетова, раздаточный материал с тестом для чтения и упражнениями , компьютер, экран проектора.

Прилагаемые материалы: презентация Power Point

Ход урока

I Организационный момент.

1. Приветствие.

T: Good morning, boys and girls! Nice to see you! How are you today? Sit down, please!

- Who is on duty today?

- What date is it today?

-Who is absent today?

-Thank you. Sit down, please!

2. Сообщение темы урока.

T: Today we are going to speak about London, its history and places of interest.

II Фонетическая зарядка, актуализация изученного материала.

1. Работа с лексикой по теме " Places of interest of London ".

T: Let's remember the places of interest of London

Look at the screen and repeat them after me:

Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, London Eye, Tower of London, St. Paul's Cathedral.

IV Активизация учащихся в чтении и пересказе незнакомого текста по теме

1. Развитие навыков чтения незнакомого текста для получения полной информации

T: We divide all the pupils in 5 groups. Each group reads the text by themselves during 5-6 min. After reading each group will tell us about a bridge they have read.

(После чтения учащиеся по группам рассказывают о прочитанном. Остальные учащиеся слушают, а затем рассказывают о том, что услышали.)

2. Развитие навыков чтения и активизация в речи числительных.

T: Read numerals from the text and say what do they mean in the text.

V. Подведение итогов урока, Домашнее задание

I think that today we had a very interesting and useful lesson. You worked very well and I liked your work. Now you know a lot about bridges of London. I'm sure that your good knowledge of English will help you in doing your homework for the next lesson - you are to complete a story about bridges of London.
