Тема: «Celebrations»

Цель: Развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции учащихся.

Задачи:

Практические:

  • Тренировка произносительных навыков учащихся;

  • Формирование и развитие грамматических навыков;

  • Развитие навыков чтения;

Воспитательные:

  • Воспитывать культуру общения в разных видах коллективного взаимодействия.

Развивающие:

  • Развивать у учащихся языковую догадку, память, внимание;

  • Развивать у учащихся интерес к изучению английского языка;

Личностные результаты:

- осознание языка, в том числе иностранного, как основного средства общения между людьми;

- учебно-познавательный интерес к учебному материалу и способам решения частной задачи;

-способность к самооценке на основе критериев успешности учебной деятельности;

Well done! The topic of our lesson is "CELEBRATIONS".

-There are a lot of holidays and festivals in Great Britain and in Russia and people celebrate them in different ways.(слайд 3)

I want you to remember the different festivals. Look at the screen. (Слайд 3,4).
- Can you name them?
- New year, Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Maslenitsa (Pancake Day), Victory Day. Very well.

Open your books p.96 let's learn the word combinations. Look at the blackboard and repeat after me:
