Урок по английскому языку в 5 классе.

Тема урока: Hobby. Speaking

Цель урока:

Введение новой лексики по теме совершенствование лексических навыков, развитие навыков говорения.

Задачи урока:

Говорение:

1) активизация навыков монологической речи; описание черт характера своей семьи;

2) участвовать в групповом обсуждении увлечений одноклассников;

3)высказывать свои предположения об увлечениях персонажей на картинках;

4)опрос одноклассников об их хобби;

5)составление коротких сообщений о хобби известных людей;

Письмо:

6) совершенствование навыков орфографии, написание слов по теме, вошедших в активный словарь;

Аудирование:

7) активизация навыков аудирования с выборочным пониманием нужной информации.

Грамматика:

8) Совершенствование грамматических навыков употребления вопросительной формы предложения в PresentSimple, формы короткого ответа.

Контроль:

9)контроль умений вставлять слова в текст в соответствие с решаемой учебной задачей.

Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, экран для презентационного материала, раздаточный материал, учебник.

Ход урока:

1. Приветственноесловоучителя. Good morning, boys and girls! Smile me, smile each other. Are you happy to have English today?-I hope so. Sit down, please.

2. Проверкадомашнегозадания. Let`s repeat the words, we have learnt last lesson. Look at the walls of the classroom. Who can tell me the word, which begins with this letter? (на стенах приклеены буквы)S-sociable, shy… and so on ( идет повторение ранее изученной лексики)

Now it is time for activity «Inside-outside circle». Look at your shoulder partner. Remember them. Students - Variant1 make an outside circle; Variant2 find your face partner and make inside circle. Turn left and let`s count till 5., say hello, say a compliment. - Outside circle, tell your inside circle partner about the members of your family. You have got half a minute.

Now count till 4, give hi-five to your partner say hello, say a compliment. - - Inside circle, tell your outside circle partner about your family members. - ……., what did you find out about your partner`s family?

Say thank you to your partner and take your sits.

Now I want to check your memory. Let`s do one short lexical test. I will give you these cards and 5 min to do it. Don`t forget to write down your name. Let`s start.

3. Введение новой темы, лексики. Please, look at the blackboard. What are these people doing? - I think, this person likes dancing, this- reading. How can we name things, we like to do for our pleasure? - Hobby. Yes, you`re right! And today we are going to speak about hobbies. Put down the theme.

I know that you know some hobbies, but I want you to learn some new ones. (на слайде показываются новые слова с картинками). Let`s read them all together, repeat after me. Very good. Now, I`d like to know what hobbies do you have?

4. Закрепление новой темы.

1. Speaking. All of you have an information gap «Find someone who". Your task is complete the gaps. You should use the construction «Do you enjoy…» I will give you 3 minutes. It is interesting for me to find out what hobbies you have. So, the first question (работа с таблицей).

2. Class survey. What do you think, what is the most popular hobby in your class? Do you remember an activity «Take off-touch down»? - Yes. (Выявляем the most popular hobby)

3.Writing.I will give you some papers with pictures, your task will be to name them (картинки по теме «Хобби») Don`t lose this sheet of paper, it is your picture vocabulary-2 min to do it.

4. Listening.Now it is high time to listen to some information about other famous people`s hobbies. While listening fill in the tables which you have on your desks. You will hear about V.Putin, I. Krilov, C.Chaplin, I. Newton, M.Lermontov, A.Dumas. Your task is to write down their hobbies.

Putin is President of RF and his hobby is judo. A.Dumas, a French writer, was fond of cooking. I.Krilov was fond of playing the violin. I. Newton enjoyed playing chess. Chaplin liked singing since his childhood. Lermontov was very creative, intelligent boy and he was good at learning foreign languages.( Опираясь на услышанную информацию составление предложений о хобби известных людей.)

5. Заключительныйэтап.

1. Write down, please your homework. It will be to write some sentences about your parent`s hobbies and to write some information about the hobby of 3 famous people.

2. Now let`s do one exercise. Look at the blackboard, please. Your task is to guess the word through its definition. (…) Well done!
