-Only some weeks ago I took part in the professional teachers` competition in Denisovka and took the first prize. This victory gave me an opportunity for some minutes to feel like a Queen. So, I had an idea and аgreat wish to know more about Queen Elizabeth the II, her life, her family. But I think, it will be better if we do it together. Queen Elizabeth the II has been ruling the country for more 60 years. So, as you have already guessed we are going to speak about the Queen. And the theme of our lesson is «Her Majesty - Queen Elizabeth the II». What is the aim of our lesson today? Will you help me to `formulate it. OK. To do it I want you to answer my questions. The first one is:

- So, we will going to speak about the Queen today. Итак, сегодня на уроке мы с вами ближе познакомимся с жизнью королевы Великобритании Елизаветы II. Но прежде чем приступить к этому увлекательному новому материалу, давайте с вами освежим некоторый уже пройденный грамматический материал, который вам сегодня пригодится. Сейчас мы должны вспомнить правила употребления числительных в англ.яз., т.к. сегодня будет много цифр, дат, связанных с жизнью Елизаветы II.

- Начнем мы с правил обозначения дат в англ.яз. Кто мне напомнит, как мы произносим годы в англ.яз.? (по 2 цифры)

- Хорошо! Как и в русском языке, в англ.яз. есть количественные и порядковые числительные. Чем они отличаются?(вопрос: сколько? какой?)

-Look at the blackboard and name numerals ['njuːm(ə)r(ə)lz].Взгляните на экран и назовите количественные и порядковые числительные, которые обозначают эти числа. (распределить цифры)

- Т.е. когда мы называем королей, королев, царей, цариц, мы будем использовать какие числительные? (порядковые)

So, what kind of hobbies did she have in her childhood and what are her interests now?

Family life has been an assential support to the Queen throughout her reign. Children, you have some clusters on your desks, work in groups and fill the cluster.

The Anthem is a state song, a symbol of the country like the Emblem and the Flag. In our country we also have some state symbols and we try to respect them.
